Very clean and juicy Guatemalan coffee.

This has become one of our new favourites already.

Red apple, cherry and dried fruits over a smooth and silky body.

Intense brown sugar sweetness when brewed as espresso.

About the farm

“Roger Hernandez has learned farming from his mother since he was nine years old. He is the second generation of El Salvador farm, as his mom inherited the land, started growing coffee and taught her son what was needed to follow up footsteps.”

“He is proud of the good quality of land and the cold climate, which both are reflected in the flavor profile in the cup. And he is also keen on improving quality through the right on-farm, harvest and post-harvest practices.”

“In the harvest time, the ripe cherries are picked, pulped at the same day. The beans are fermented for 48 hours, washed with clean water and dried for 5 days.”
